Its objective is to encourage innovation and productivity as well as product development that can be instrumental for publishers to exploit future oriented news media products. KG abgeschlossen. Die Verlagsgruppe Rhein Main wird Alleingesellschafterin der Echo Medien und der Logistiksparte SLS. Der Vollzug steht unter dem Vorbehalt der Erteilung einer kartellrechtlichen Genehmigung. Ziel ist es, den Erfolg der Sanierung langfristig abzusichern. Indem die wirtschaftliche Leistungsfähigkeit deutlich gestärkt wird, wird die Meinungsvielfalt sowie die journalistische Handlungsfähigkeit in der Region Südhessen nachhaltig gewährleistet.
